Une histoire insolite.

C'était un jour normal. Il faisait beau, et Edward était en train d'aller rendre visite à sa fille, comme il faisait toujours Vendredi matin. Mais quand il est allé chez elle, sa fille n'était pas dans sa maison. Edward a pensé oü il pouvait la trouver.

"Ce n'est pas possible! Elle n'a pas pu m'oublier!" - Pensait Edward.
Puis, l'homme a appelé à la police parce que sa fille ne repondait pas les messages qu'il lui envoyait. La police a cherché trois jours mais ils n'ont pas pu trouver la fille d'Edward dans la ville.

Lundi matin, Edward a cherché dans ses poches et il a découvert une lettre. Cette lettre était de Nevan, sa fille. Elle à écrit qu'elle irait deux semaines à la campagne avec ses amis. Edward a oublié cette lettre, parce qu'il est vieux et il n'a pas de bonne mémoire.

Ensuite, Edward a pensé comment il va expliquer cette histoire à la police...

Reflexión: Fragmento de Luchana

En este fragmento de la obra de Benito Pérez Galdós puedo confirmar que este escrito pertenece al realismo. Una boda condicionada por el interés de las familias era algo propio de la época. Me llama bastante la atención el hecho de que no dejen claro lo que opina Rodrigo sobre su boda, pero lo dejaré a un lado.

Si yo tuviera que verme forzado a casarme por motivos de interés familiar, yo tendría que aceptar. No pondría demasiadas desventajas con respecto a ello. Al fin y al cabo, estoy ayudando a mi familia, que es lo más importante para mi.

Aunque... Si eso significaría coartar en gran medida mi libertad, me lo pensaría dos veces. Sería una difícil decisión, sin duda.

No tendré muy claro el término de "casarse" hasta que lo haya hecho. Quizás eso podría cambiar mi forma de pensar.

Reflexión: Fragmento de La Regenta

Un texto realista, de Leopoldo Alas, "Clarín". He observado que "La Regenta" es una obra en la que intervienen muchos y muy distintos personajes, sin embargo, todos esos están descritos minuciosamente, junto con el paisaje.

Pero, dejando la parte técnica a un lado, voy a comenzar mi opinión personal y reflexión sobre el texto.

A juzgar por los dos fragmentos que he leído de esta obra, está en mi lista de próximas lecturas, aunque en ocasiones, la exactitud del paisaje puede llegar a se un tanto extensa debido a los casi infinitos adjetivos.

La Regenta es una obra basada en infidelidad y corrupción. Si mi caso fuera el de Don Víctor, quizás no pensaría en matar, porque no lo veo una solución. Probablemente yo la perdonaría, pero eso es porque en mi corazón no hay maldad. Tengo demasiado autocontrol y eso tiene doble filo. En el caso de que mi mujer me fuera infiel, yo me preocuparía por ella. A saber con quién se está juntando. Podría ser hasta peligroso.

Reflexión: Visitación

Un texto realista, esta vez escrito por Leopoldo Alas, Clarín. Hace referencia a uno de los defectos generales del ser humano: el egoísmo. Hay que resaltar los pocos recursos estilísticos que utiliza en este fragmento. Uno de ellos es la metáfora de la golosina, que representa algún tipo de placer.

Me llama la atención la continua referencia a los vicios en la segunda parte del texto. Visitación se dedicaba a enredar vidas de otras personas para que estas sufran, y aquello la encantaba. Me recuerda en cierto modo a "La Celestina", puesto que lo que Visitación busca es que la Reganta esté con Don Álvaro.

Volviendo a lo que escribí anteriormente, tengo que reconocer que los vicios son algo que siempre está presente en nuestras vidas, por insignificantes que sean. El riesgo de tener un vicio es que puede convertirse en una adicción, que parece ser el caso del fragmento, pues Visitación vivía para buscar la forma de fastidiar a los demás con sus planes maquiavélicos.

Tu as des plans pour les vacances? Autrement, tu peux venir avec moi en Espagne. Il y a des activités à la campagne géniales. Nous pouvons aussi faire du rafting et faire des excursions à la nature.

Le logement sera un hôtel de quatre étoiles, et c'est à la montagne. Nous pouvons voir la mer dès notre fenêtre!

Enfin, c'est une expérience géniale. Je voudrais que tu puisses voyager de France en Espagne.

Je vais passer mes vacances en France et je ne sais pas où aller. C'est la raison pour laquelle je vous demande quelques reinseignements.

J'aimerais faire des activités à la nature et je pense que vous pouvez m'aider. Est-ce que vous pourriez m'envoyer quelque information sur votre region? Principalement des excursions et des sites de tourisme vert.

Il me faudrait des reinseignements sur les logements. À bon marché si c'est possible. Un auberge, par exemple.

Marie-Louise-Élisabeth Vigée-Lebrun

Elle est née à Paris, le 16 Avril 1755, et elle est morte à Louveciennes, le 30 Mars 1842. Elle à été une peintre française très célèbre au XVIIIème siècle.

Pendant son adolescence, a peint comme un peintre professionel. Le 25 Octobre 1774, elle est entrée à l'Académie française, et elle s'est mariée en 1776 avec Jean-Baptiste-Pierre Lebrun.

Comme elle était très célèbre, elle a été invité à Versailles, pour peindre la reine Marie-Antoinette. Après, en 1781, elle a voyagé aux Pays-Bas pour peindre le Prince de Nassau.

Elle a peint beaucoup de personnages célèbres au XVIIIème siècle. Enfin, elle a peint plus de 600 portraits et 200 paysages.

Women fighting for their rights

Women couldn't vote in the 19th century, but Emmeline Pankhurst and her daughter founded a group called "The suffragettes". The Prime Minister ignored their petitions to let women vote, and they started protests and campaigns to achieve the women's right to vote. Finally, after the World War I, women after the start of war did the men's jobs and every woman over thirty years old could vote. In 1918, British women over 18 years old were allowed to vote. In New Zealand, this right is allowed since 1893, and in Spain women had to wait until 1931.

Nowadays, we can find gender discrimination at work and, the number of female workers has decreased. That's because they have to work twice: At work and at home.

Elizabeth I: Brief Biography

Elizabeth I was queen of England and Ireland (7 September 1533, 24 March 1603). She was queen from 17 November 1558 until her death. She was the daughter of Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn.

She had been in prison many times because her sister knew she was Protestant, and catholics couldn't tolerate them in England. Finally, after Mary's death, Elizabeth became queen.

The first thing she made as queen was building an English Protestant Church, which is today's Church of England.

Because of Elizabeth I, England became more tolerant about religion. This led to stability for the kingdom. She never got married, that's why she's sometimes called: "The Virgin Queen"

My Life Story

I was born in Malaga in 1998. Before I was born, my mother has lived in three different houses in Málaga. I've lived here since I was born, but I've known my uncles from Venezuela because they visit us every Christmas. One of my early memories is when I was taking care of one of my cousins, and I was only five years old! I remember my first teacher's name. It was Margarita. I can't remember my first day of school, but I don't think it was bad.

I've been at I.E.S. Fernando de los Ríos for almost four years. I think I've changed since I was young. I am more responsible now. And much thinner! When I finish school, and probably university, I'd like to work in something related with technology.

I'm disabled

My name is Bart. I've been deaf since I was born. I think my other senses are more developed than other people, but they at least can hear sounds. My life is different from other people's. I've never listened to music, and I sometimes forget that I can talk, because I can't hear myself. I have to communicate with signs and by writing.

I don't really need other people's help. My helpers are my notebook and my pen. Sometimes it's annoying, for example, I can not go to concerts with my friends. People waste much time writing what they have to say to me, and that's annoying for them. This happens when signs are not enough to understand each other.

I don't know the people's attitudes to me. I just ignore them because I'm deaf. My friends say that I'm lucky: "There are many things that is better not to hear" they say, and we all laugh.

Abroad

This is a summary of the theatre that we saw in La Rosaleda Highschool.

Description of Characters:

- Marta: Intelligent girl. Brown, curly hair. Medium height.
- Jose: Black, short hair. Strong personality. Always wears a scarf.
- Waiter: Blond, short hair. His personality is helpful and humoristic.
- Macarena: Short woman. Blond, long hair and a dashing personality.
- Matthew: Spaniard who hides his identity into a perfect English gentleman.
- Woman: Tall and slim. Blond, long, curly hair. She's an evil businesswoman.
- Lucía: Daughter of a millionaire. Really annoying personality and materialistic.
- John: Businessman. Always wears a suit. I hasn't found his personality, probably calm.

Now, a brief summary of the plot

- Three students travel to Liverpool looking for a job, but they have problems with their days in the city because of a gang. Finally, they end up travelling back to Spain.

And finally, my opinion about "Abroad".

- I liked the play. The deep personality of each character was one of the main topics that made this theatre nice.

My favourite character was the waiter, of course. He is really funny. He reminds me of Dani Rovira, a Spanish humorist.
