1- You are what you eat.

We are going to talk about nutrition and we'll give some tips for have a healthy diet. Here we go:

     1- The Food Pyramid: The first thing you should do is to see The Food Pyramid. It shows you what food you should eat the most and what food you shouldn't eat a lot.

The Food Pyramid says that we should eat more bread and fruit or vegetables and eat less sweets or meat.

     2- Nutrients: We should follow the Food Pyramid because if we eat fruit or vegetables, they have vitamins. If we eat bread or cereal, they have carbohydrates. We need a lot of carbohydrates and vitamins. If we eat meat or fish, they have proteins. If we eat dairy products, they have calcium. We need some proteins and calcium, but not too much. And finally, we shouldn't eat too much sweets or sugar. They contain a lot of fats, and we don't like to be fat, right?

     3- Sport: We should do sport. It's good for your health to do sport, because it's the better way to eliminate fats. Also, doing sport everyday makes your life longer, because you are healthy!
